Janan’s Kitchen, is a boutique bakery/restaurant based in Ramallah, founded by Nadya Nassar and is being dynamically run by her along with four other Palestinian women with lavish hospitality. It is specialized in homemade Lebanese and Palestinian cuisines, pastries, salads, appetizers, desserts and cakes prepared from scratch. In the early morning, customers of Janan's Kitchen enjoy Palestinian breakfast that includes pastries and baked products along with homemade Palestinian omelet, labneh, za'tar, white Arabic cheese, humus, manakeesh, samosa, pickles, olives, different types of jams and fresh seasonal. Noontime, three daily main dishes are prepared that include mostly Palestinian meals, and in the afternoon customers come to have a hot drinks with some of the handmade cakes and pastries and hookah.

Janan's Kitchen supports Palestinian farmers through buying their organic products such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, Arabic white cheese, among others to use same in cooking and preparing desserts using traditional cooking methods passed down over the centuries, traceable back to biblical times.
